JAMIE A. GUAY, LMFT-A
I enjoy working with couples, individuals, and families to help them focus on identifying and building on their strengths. Everyone is unique and together we will work to develop strategies for overcoming your challenges and building stronger, more fulfilling relationships. I believe in empowering individuals to navigate life's struggles and find their inner strength. Seeking therapy as a couple can be a powerful step toward understanding each other better and strengthening your relationship. Remember, every relationship faces hurdles—reaching out for help is a sign of strength and love. Together, we will explore your relationship dynamics, enhance communication, and rebuild trust, allowing you to reconnect and strengthen your bond. I have 25 years of experience working with caregivers and individuals with dementia. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to foster lasting love and understanding.

TABITHA SCHEFFLER, LMFT-A
I am a licensed marriage and family therapy associate who enjoys working with both couples and individuals who are experiencing challenges and are ready for a change. If you are struggling with self-esteem and/or guilt/shame I can help. Perhaps this came from your family of origin, religion, or past relationships. It is possible to learn new positive and empowering ways of thinking. You are enough! I work with couples who know they want to stay together but know something needs to change because the relationship isn’t what it used to be and one or both of you are feeling unloved, unhappy, or disconnected. Relationships require work, and putting in the work can do more than just repair the relationship, it can make the relationship less vulnerable as you navigate future challenges.

JAIME HAMMER, LMFT-A
I am a compassionate and collaborative sex therapist and addictions counselor, dedicated to seeing the beauty in each person beyond the stories we carry. My practice is rooted in partnership, listening closely to each individual’s concerns, goals, and values. With empathy, I gently guide the therapeutic process to align with each client's unique journey, fostering healing and growth. I work with LGBTQ+ couples strengthening their connection, clients navigating substance misuse or compulsive sexual behaviors, and young adults exploring their identity and sexuality with curiosity and courage.

EMMA REANEY, LMFT
When you are living with anxiety and self doubt, every day feels hard. The voice in your head keeps telling you that you aren't good enough, aren't pretty enough, and it feels like you are never measuring up. Maybe you learned that the best way to cope with these feelings is through controlling what you eat and constantly obsessing over what your body looks like. You find yourself overthinking, isolating, and struggling to maintain healthy relationships. If you're a parent, you may see your child start to be more self-critical, withdrawn, and irritable, leaving you feeling confused and unsure of what to say or do. I want to help you or your child overcome this. Together, we can work on fighting the thoughts that continue to hold you captive so that you can live a life that feels worth living. Life is too short to spend our days counting calories, body checking, or isolating ourselves because we're scared of what others may think. Comparison is the thief of joy.

TORI SHANTON, LMFT-A
Hello! I’m Tori and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist, a mother to three kids, and a wife. I specialize in helping couples and families build stronger, more secure relationships. My work is grounded in an attachment-focused approach, where I help clients understand the emotional bonds that shape connection, conflict, and communication. Together, we explore patterns rooted in early attachment experiences so you can create lasting change that fosters trust, safety, and intimacy. As a trauma-informed clinician, I prioritize creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered at your own pace. I’m mindful of how past experiences—whether individual or shared—can influence present dynamics, and I integrate this awareness into every aspect of my work. My approach emphasizes emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and the development of healthy coping strategies. I work with couples navigating communication challenges, conflict, infidelity, and life transitions, as well as families seeking to strengthen connection, repair ruptures, and support one another through change. Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based practices, I help you move toward deeper understanding, resilience, and more meaningful relationships.
